These breed restrictions apply to all North Terrace properties and are not permitted: Pit Bull Terriers, including but not limited to: American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier or any dog displaying a majority of physical traits of any one or more of the above or other common “pit bull” breeds.
