What do I do if I’m locked out of my apartment?

If you are locked out of your apartment during business hours, please come to our office for a replacement key. You will need proof of your identity and there will be a $10 assessed to your resident account. If a staff member is required to deliver a key during business hours, the fee is $50. If a staff member is required to deliver a key after hours, the fee is $100.

Can I transfer to another North Terrace apartment?

You are able to transfer to another North Terrace apartment if you are in good standing at your current residence and your lease is expired or will be expired at the time of the transfer.  You will need to submit a current photo ID and proof of income to qualify for your new unit but you do not need to submit a full application if our team originally processed your application.  Once you have been approved, a unit inspection at your current residence will be required.  For current residents, the application fee and holding fees are waived, but you will be required to pay a new deposit prior to move in and the deposit at your current rental will not be refunded until after a move out inspection is completed.

How long will my final deposit accounting take?

We process final deposit accounting within 30 days of your move out. Issues beyond normal wear and tear, that were not documented at move in or the fault of the property itself, will incur charges upon move out.

Do you allow pets?

Our pet policies vary by property but our standard pet policy is as follows:

  • Up to two pets, dogs or cats
  • Maximum of 50 pounds per pet
  • $35/mo pet rent per pet
  • $250 non-refundable pet fee

Breed restrictions apply. Verified emotional support animals are exempt from requirements and fees.

How long will it take to process my application?

We aim to process all applications within two business days.

How much is your application fee?

Our application fee is $55.

Who must apply?

Any individual that will live in your home and is over the age of 18 must apply.

What do I need to do to move out?

Please submit your notice of intent to move to your property manager in writing. Your unit needs to be left in the same condition you received it in order to avoid move out charges.
